This Privacy Policy applies to our suite of Google Chrome Extensions: ProspectFlow, JobPulse, ScribeSnap, FormMatrix, and TabVault.
We respect your privacy. Our extensions run 100% locally on your computer. We do NOT collect, transmit, store, sell, or monitor any personal data, browsing history, form contents, job applications, or extracted contacts on any external servers.
All data generated while using our extensions (such as saved matrix profiles, job application tracker lists, vaulted tabs, or recorded visual SOP steps) is stored strictly within your browser's local storage (via Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync APIs). This data never leaves your device unless you manually choose to export it (e.g. exporting to CSV or JSON).
When you activate a Pro or Team membership, the extension communicates directly with Gumroad's official API (https://api.gumroad.com/v2/licenses/verify) solely to verify the validity of your license key and active subscription status. No personal browsing information or user content is sent to Gumroad during this check.
In full compliance with Google Chrome Web Store policies, our extensions do NOT execute any remote JavaScript or WebAssembly. All code is contained entirely within the packaged extension files.
We may update this policy if new browser requirements emerge. Any updates will be posted here.
